The 2012 event that will end humans and planet Earth?

well in the aztec culture they predicted the earth to be destroyed on that date lol...honestly i cant be more annoyed of the thought, I FINISH SCHOOL ON THAT YEAR lol i some how believe that it could be true but i also believe that there is no chance in hell lol cause only in movies does things like that happen, but in real life there are no signs or anything along the lines
