What is that scary/thriller movie called?

About some soldiers that go to a different planet or something like that or the world ended....it was snowy or dusty, and they find a litlle boy who had a brown bear and he kept saying I want my mommy..well later on i guess they find out he was one of the killer robots that screamed and there was more lil boys like him....anyone have any idead what this movie is called?
