Supreme court Orders on ragging. Howzzatt?

Indian Supreme court, Delhi - Ordered all colleges to employ psychologists to eradicate ragging. To what extent would it be successful by doing this ?? What the hell on earth would a psychologist do to reduce ragging ?? I personally think that ragging (with certain basic limitations) is necessary in colleges because one can't expect youngsters to sit idol as if they were 80yrs old..!!? Does it not look like screwing out minute happiness students get ?? Do you agree with me ??
