Should Boise State and TCU have an annual rivalry in football?

I think it would be interesting if Boise State of the WAC and TCU of the Mountain West Conference had an annual football game against each other, maybe it could be the final game of the regular season for both teams. Since both teams are from non-BCS conferences and have a great history in football, I think this rivalry could be very exciting. Do you guys think this is a good idea? Also, who would win between the two teams if they played each other this season?
