Breakthrough bleeding, can you get pregnant?

I stopped taking the pill (Ortho Tricyclen) last month. My periods have always been regular. My last period was on Jan. 1st, I had breakthrough bleeding on Jan. 17th, which is when I should be ovulating. My husband and I are trying for our 3rd. What are the chances of getting pregnant during breakthrough bleeding?
