Censorship and art, is this appropriate?

I am writing a paper on art censorship and I want to include a picture. It's pretty much 2 pictures next to each other. They are the same picture, it is just a guy reading a book, but one will be censored at the book to make him look like he's ... I want to show how provocative thoughts are all made up in the mind not in the picture itself. Is it too much for school, I'm in high school by the way.
