Can I file a restraining order on her?

She moved out of the house we both own, both names on the loan. We are not married. She moved out and got her own place for her and her new boyfriend and HER kids. Now she moved back in and is trying to make my life hel for me to leave the home. She is telling me she is bringing her new boyfriend over and will sleep with him right in front of me. She has been verbal abuse to me and is telling me that she is going to file a R.O on me to get me out of the house. I think I can file on her for mental, emotional and verbal plus I am scared she may try and do some harm to me or he may as well. She has been on probation in the past for domestic violance with her first Husband.
