Any suggestions?

I am a 30-something who is incredibly frustrated when thinking about a career. I need a job, and I don't have a clue what to do. I am interested to see if anyone has any ideas how to find a service that helps make suggestions at what I would be good at. I know that there are such recruitment agencies out there, but every time I try to locate one via the internet, I get job posting sites instead. How do I find one of these career service agencies that is dependable and not going to rip me off? Any ideas?
