Does this boy like me? Help please.?

Ok so there is this 15 year old boy. I am only 13. Every once in a while he will say some thing like, " You look hot in tutu's" Or " I would like to see you in a bikini " Stuff similar to that. Anyway, I am starting to get interest in him. Does he like me? What should I say? I don't know what to think or do. Remember he is 2 years older than me. Please hlpe. I know I posted this questions before but I deleted it on accident. Is he just flirting with me?!
