How can i get superskinny?

I know it sounds stupid but eat supper healthy. No crap, lots of vegs and fruits. Also, get your heart rates up. Running, biking whatever. You have to exercise but eating healthy will make you lose weight. Don't skip meals because then your body will start storing fat because it thinks you not going to eat ever. Talk to your doc about what exercises you can do safely.
