Makeup to wear to ...?

cover up bags (not heavy or anything) and an imprint from gles. i am 15 about to be 16 in 2 months and i dont wear make up at all and i was thinking about getting a makeover some what for when i go back to school and get contacts instead of gles and change my hair completley so as for make up or a coverup or whatever what is best ( i look kind of like my avatar except have have gles and i wear my hair in two long braids..) thanks
