What is going on in Libya?

What is going on is that a dictator is going around trying to gain control over Lybia, and just terrorising the whole thing. And apprently, some retard countries is with him, so if we just kill him or put him in jail, some countries is gonna bomb us, so the whole world will go crazy and start World war 3
