Who blames Dr Conrad Murray for the death of Michael Jackson?

I believe that he injected him with a lethal injection before his collapse, and that he gave Jacko too many deadly drugs which lead to his mive heart attack. who agrees? It's also odd that after Michaels collapse, the Doctor fled for several hours.
