American people, should we continue to sling mud at each other?

Or should we unite our efforts to get the congress to balance the budget, cut spending, eliminate the tax breaks for the rich, and get the country back on track? I can personally put aside my dislikes and opinions of the other party to unite our efforts and push congress to stop the childish bickering and do their jobs like we elected them to do. The finger pointing and mud slinging is useless and getting us nowhere, what we need is less talk and more action. Don't you agree? What do you think? DEMOCRAT / REPUBLICAN is nothing but a label we put on ourselves and neither one is working for us right now. Are we gonna vote these useless senators out of office come election time or continue to play the name calling game all the way to the soup and bread line?
