What is the name of the horror movie?

I am looking for a horror movie that i haven't seen in a long time and i don't remember the exact plot or what the name is. All i really remember about the movie is that it is a group of people on an island that is abandoned. Part of it consists of these elaborate killings of people. One of the killings involves a radio and a contraption connected to the radio another involves a cigarette vending machine with poisoned cigarettes. Does anyone know what movie i am talking about?
