I have severe drainage and it will not stop! I canot sleep at night help me!?

I currently have strep throat. I beleive one night my drainage formed into boogers on the roof of my throat. The drainage continues to run down the booger and not out my nose. I keep blowing but nothing every comes on the cleanex. Everytime I swallow a large amount of thick snot is swallowed. I can also feel this booger on the back of my throat and it is extremely irritaing. I have not slept in days. Can anyone help me please!
